Tooth pain, a broken tooth, or a lost crown can disrupt your entire day. At Morris Dental, we focus on providing fast, effective relief so you can get back to your routine.
We reserve daily appointments specifically for patients experiencing pain, broken teeth, lost crowns, or other urgent care needs.
Our goal is to quickly identify the cause of your discomfort and provide prompt treatment, helping you feel better as soon as possible. Dental pain and damage can have many causes, and we strive to resolve yours with minimal intervention. If the damage reaches the nerve or the tooth cannot be saved, we offer root canals and extractions.
A broken tooth can be painful, sensitive, or distressing due to its appearance. Whether caused by an accident, biting into something hard, or general wear, it’s important to address it promptly to prevent further damage or infection. At Morris Dental, we prioritise emergency care for broken teeth. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may repair the tooth with a filling or a crown, or in more severe cases, perform a root canal if the nerve is exposed. Our goal is to restore your tooth’s function and appearance, keeping you comfortable throughout the process.
A lost crown can leave the underlying tooth vulnerable to damage and sensitivity, often causing discomfort when eating or drinking. It’s important to address this situation quickly to protect the tooth and prevent further complications. If your crown has fallen out or become loose, bring it with you to Morris Dental. In many cases, we can reattach the crown if it’s still intact. If it’s damaged or the tooth underneath has changed, we may need to create a new crown. Either way, our team will work to restore the protection and appearance of your tooth as soon as possible.
Endodontics, or root canal treatment, is required when the nerve of the tooth becomes infected or causes severe pain. At Morris Dental, we strive to preserve natural teeth whenever possible, and a root canal can restore an infected tooth to a comfortable and functional state. Often, a tooth that has undergone this treatment will need additional protection, such as a crown, due to weakening of the tooth.
Sometimes, a tooth cannot be saved. If we determine together that the tooth is no longer beneficial and cannot be preserved, extraction is necessary. Patient comfort is our number one priority during tooth removal, and we always take the time and care to help patients through this experience. For those who do not wish to have a tooth removed at our clinic, we can refer you to oral surgeons who can perform the procedure under sedation, reducing any long-term trauma associated with dental extraction.
